When therapy is clinically appropriate, your provider designs an individualized hormone therapy and management plan. Dosing, delivery method, and follow-up schedule are tailored to you, and follow-up labs and check-ins allow the plan to be adjusted over time. Therapy is never started without an evaluation, and it is always one part of a broader conversation about sleep, nutrition, stress, and movement.

Cancellation & no-show policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. For bookings made within 48 hours, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. The day before your appointment, cancellations must be made by calling the office at (425) 754-1309. Exceptions are made only for very specific circumstances. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $35 fee.
