Before your visit
We ask guests to complete a short health questionnaire in advance and bring any relevant medical records or medication lists. Arriving a few minutes early to complete paperwork helps the session run smoothly.

Cancellation & no-show policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. For bookings made within 48 hours, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. The day before your appointment, cancellations must be made by calling the office at (425) 754-1309. Exceptions are made only for very specific circumstances. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $35 fee.
